7. My order shows it's being returned to the sender. What next?

If your tracking shows that your package is being returned to the sender, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

We will first help confirm your correct shipping address and check the reason provided by the carrier for the return.

  • If the return was caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, you will need to wait for the package to be returned to our facility. Once it arrives back to us, we can arrange a re-shipment.
    Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

  • If the return was caused by a carrier error or a logistics issue (not due to your address), we will fully cover the re-shipping cost and send your order out again as soon as possible.

Once the returned package reaches us, our team will contact you with the next steps and re-shipping options.
