Why am I being double-charged?

Occasionally, what might seem like a double-charge is a temporary authorization hold. Here’s how it works:

Authorization Hold: When you place an order, an authorization hold for the amount of the purchase is placed on your card. This ensures that the necessary funds are available and earmarked for the transaction. This isn't an actual charge, and typically, the hold will drop off after a certain period (which varies by bank).

Final Charge: Once your order is shipped, the actual charge is processed. Sometimes, this charge appears while the authorization hold is still present, making it look like you've been charged twice.

In the rare case that you have indeed been double-charged, please contact our customer service immediately, providing them with details of the charges, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.
