We offer shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, and worldwide, and this policy outlines the details for each region.


General Shipping & Handling

All items at THANH, LLC are made-to-order, ensuring that every piece is custom-tailored for you. Once your payment is processed, your order will be handcrafted by our skilled team and shipped to your location with care.

  • Standard Apparel Orders:

    • Handling Time: 3-7 business days (for stocking, packing, and order processing)
    • Shipping Time: 7-10 business days
      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.
  • Shoe Orders:

    • Handling Time for Shoes: 5-10 business days
    • Shipping Time for Shoes: 7-12 business days

Shipping & Delivery Times by Region

THANH, LLC works with trusted global shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Yun Express to ensure reliable delivery. Once your payment is confirmed, we begin the process of crafting, packing, and shipping your order.

Multiple Packages: In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons.

Customs & Duties

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. International customers may be responsible for VAT, duties, and customs fees, depending on their country’s regulations. Please contact your local customs office for details regarding potential charges in your country.

For EU Customers: As of July 1, 2021, all goods imported into the European Union are subject to VAT and require a formal customs declaration, including goods valued at up to €22. VAT for EU shipments will be charged in advance, and we aim to declare lower prices to minimize your VAT costs.


Carrier Delays

External factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or local holidays may delay shipping beyond our control. In such cases, delivery may take an additional 3-7 business days.


Tracking Information

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t see any tracking updates within 5-7 business days, don’t worry—it may take some time for the carrier to update their system. If your tracking information hasn’t been updated for over 10 business days, please contact us.


VAT & International Taxes

We do not collect VAT, duties, or customs fees during checkout for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. For customers in the European Union, VAT charges will be applied before shipping.
