6. What should I do if my package is lost in transit?

If your tracking shows that your package is lost or has not updated for an unusually long time, please contact us at support@animebape.com with your order number.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

  • If your tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, we will, in most cases, re-send your order at no extra cost to ensure you receive your item.

  • If the carrier officially confirms the package as lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment for you.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
