By placing an order with THANH, LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
At THANH, LLC, every product is made-to-order, meaning it's uniquely crafted just for you! As a result, we typically can't accommodate returns or exchanges due to customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color. We recommend double-checking your order before hitting "buy now" to avoid any future disappointment. Since each item is produced on-demand, it isn't pre-packaged or sitting in stock; while we aim to provide accurate images, the product you receive may have slight variations—up to a 20% difference—due to factors like photo lighting or screen settings. Rest assured, your item will always look stunning in person!
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You may request a return within 14 days from your item's delivery date.
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if we shipped the product with an error, such as a wrong item or damage during shipment.
- Conditions:
- The returned item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, and with intact tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase and visual evidence (pictures or videos) showing the defect, wrong item, and shipping label must be submitted.
- THANH, LLC reserves the right to deny returns if the product shows wear or damage unrelated to production or shipment issues.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Please get in touch with your credit card company and bank, as the refund may require additional processing before it is posted.
- If you've done all this but still haven't received it, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item, please email [email protected]. Approved exchanges will be handled based on item availability.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will be processed and can no longer be modified or canceled.
- A 1.5% management, processing, and transaction fee will apply to all cancellations.
- Full refunds are only available for order switches. If you place a new order, we will automatically cancel the old order and refund 100% of the original payment.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
- Sale items or any promotional items.
- Products that are customized to customer specifications, unless damaged or faulty.
- Items with user error issues such as incorrect size, color, or design selection.
Evidence Required for Replacement
To process any replacement request due to wrong or damaged items, you must submit clear proof, including:
- A photo of the wrong or defective product received.
- A photo of the shipping label is attached to the package.
- For size issues, include a photo showing the size measurements with a ruler.
Additional Notes
- User Responsibility: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for customer errors such as incorrect size, color, or design choice.
- Address Errors: We are not liable for any loss or failure of delivery due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or the recipient's absence at the time of delivery.
- Product Creasing: Items like apparel may develop creases due to packaging. This is not considered a defect. We recommend laying the product flat for 3-5 days to remove creases.
