In some cases, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives at your address. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after the delivery scan, as the package may still be on its way.
We also recommend that you:
Check around your property (front porch, mailbox, building lobby, or reception desk)
Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package on your behalf
If your package is still missing and the tracking shows Delivered, please do the following:
Contact your local post office or carrier to file a missing-parcel report.
If a Proof of Delivery (POD) is available, the carrier may share delivery location details (such as GPS coordinates or a photo).
Confirm your delivery address with us to ensure it matches the shipping address on your order.
Once you’ve completed these steps, please contact us with:
Your order number
Any Proof of Delivery or case number from the carrier
Confirmation of your correct delivery address
Our team will then review the case and calculate the best possible resolution for you based on the carrier’s investigation results.
