For those residing in apartment complexes, we recommend contacting your rental office to inquire about your package. Sometimes, packages that are too large to fit in your mailbox are left with the manager's office for safekeeping.
In rare cases, the package may show as "delivered" but take an additional 24 hours to arrive.
